Włodzimierz Posnow, advocate - Partner
In 1972 completed his studies on Faculty of Law on Wroclaw University.
From 1982 Ph. D. in Law. In 1974 he passed an judicial examination, after accomplishing judicial training.
Since 1973 he is a research-and-teaching fellow in the Chair of Criminal Proceedings on Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy on Wroclaw University. He is also a lecturer - in a professor position - at the Humanistic-Economic Higher School of Wielkopolska in Jarocin.
Author of many scientific publications concerning criminal law and criminal proceedings. Since 1996 legal adviser and from 2001 advocate. Counsel for the defence and attorney in many criminal proceedings, expert in the field of substantive criminal law, procedural criminal law and executive criminal law.
